Elsberry Chamber of Commerce

Building Tomorrow's Community Today!

Elsberry, Missouri - Chamber Mission

The Elsberry Chamber of Commerce strives to enhance and improve the economic health and quality of life in our community.  To achieve our objectives and goals, the Chamber of Commerce has developed a five point Mission Statement:

  • Influence residents to first look within our community for goods, services, and entertainment;
  • Attract consumers from throughout the region and promote Elsberry as a mercantile and entertainment center for the region;
  • Promote a community environment which attracts new business, employment, and residential opportunities;
  • Work with, and for, our Chamber members to attain their goals, and establish active working relationships with private and public entities;
  • Establish strategic alliances with our neighboring communities to enhance the quality of life for all citizens in the area.

In view of today’s business and technological climate, Elsberry provides an attractive alternative for business operations as compared to a more urban environment.  Recent -- and on-going -- real estate developments provide residents with a number of housing styles, in attractive locations, and all at remarkably affordable prices

Elsberry enjoys a number of features which make it an enviable place to live and work:

  • highly rated schools,
  • beautiful landscapes,
  • a clean and safe environment,
  • good highway and rail access,
  • near by recreational facilities, and
  • a positive public attitude.

Congratulation to all the winners of our 11th annual Car Show.

Thanks to the generosity of the citizens of Elsberry combined with the proceeds from Chamber Annual Events.

  • Classic on Wheels Car Show 2011 - 11th Anniversary.

Elsberry has nearby nature areas developed and monitored by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources which are ideal spots for bird watching and other outdoor recreation.

 The Elsberry Chamber of Commerce meets on the fourth Thursday of every month.  Meetings are held in the evening in an effort to allow everyone the opportunity to attend.  The public is cordially invited.
